4 Ways to Work with me in July 2023!

​​Can you believe it’s almost JULY already? Where does the time (especially during summer) go?!
It’s been a while since I put out a new blog post, so I thought it was about time to do a catch up
and share what I’ve been up to!

As most of you may know, my business has transitioned from Fierce & Beautiful Wellness with
Lucie Mitchell, to Lucie Mitchell Co. as I’ve shifted from a focus on health and wellness, to
supporting my CEO soul sisters and fellow female business owners! Over recent months, I have
been taking active steps to follow three of my true passions – working with motivated,
captivating entrepreneurial women, elevating businesses with brand strategy, and sharing the
power of media for marketing.

Combining these passions has been an extremely natural transition for me, as I have led LifeFLip
Media beside my husband for years. Creating a female focused PR agency couldn’t be a more
perfect fit for me, and for us. It truly seems odd that the idea didn’t come to me sooner – it
simply feels SO right!

With that said, I have been getting a lot of inquiries from business owners regarding how to
create strategic branding, as well as gaining exposure to a wider audience. The key to

Podcast Placement (Our newest exciting service!!)
How many podcasts are you subscribed to? How many episodes do you listen to in a week? If
your answer is none… you might be the only one. I’m not sure about you, but everyone I know
AND their grandmas have a least one or two podcasts they love. Why? In my opinion, it’s
because there is such variety. There is something for everyone. Want to get your news from a
reliable source? Podcast. Want to learn something about… anything? Podcast. Have a super
niche subject you want to deep dive? Podcast. Anyone can start one. It’s open to whoever has
something they’d like to talk about.

Due to its niche nature, it’s simple to FIND and reach your target audience. The audience of any
given podcast is made up of mostly like-minded loyal listeners. Providing you the opportunity to
gain exposure to exactly the audience you want. 

Many podcast hosts are always looking for more content and relevant people to interview for
their show, and the content is there permanently. Episodes remain on the platform for eternity,
as far as we know. Plus, similarly to television and radio personalities, people know and trust
their favorite podcast hosts.

NOW is the Time
So, that’s what we’ve been up to! Taking names and cashing checks… and putting our clients’
businesses in the position to do so as well. But don’t just take my word for it… check out the
